Juvenile angiofibroma

Nasopharyngeal angiofibroma, also known as juvenile nasal angiofibroma, is a histologically benign but locally aggressive vascular tumor of the nasopharynx that arises from the superior margin of the sphenopalatine foramen and grows in the back of the nasal cavity.
