Urofacial syndrome

Urofacial syndrome, or Ochoa syndrome is an autosomal recessive congenital disorder characterized by an association of a lower urinary tract and bowel dysfunction with a typical facial expression: When attempting to smile, the patient seems to be crying or grimacing.
