Infectious mononucleosis

Infectious mononucleosis (IM, mono), also known as glandular fever, is an infection usually caused by the Epstein–Barr virus (EBV). Most people are infected by the virus as children, when the disease produces few or no symptoms. [Source: Wikipedia ]

Acute diffuse fine reticular lung opacities
Acute diffuse mediastinal widening
Diffuse gallbladder wall thickening
Diffuse interstitial lung disease with associated lymphadenopathy
Hepatomegaly
Mediastinal and/or hilar lymph node enlargement
Nasopharyngeal lesion
Pleural effusion with normal lungs
Splenomegaly
Starry-sky liver
