- Killian's dehiscence
- posterior; if lateral, usually on LEFT
- Rx: diverticulopexy +/- myotomy
- mid-esophageal
- pulsion, not traction (not associated with TB)
- dysmotility
- usually asymptomatic
- distal ("epiphrenic")
- dyity (incl. DES and achalasia)
- symptomatic
- usually on RIGHT
- Rx: excision + myotomy
- ** all due to PULSION
