  • skeletal
  • low birth weight
  • eye abnormalities
    • cataracts
    • glaucoma
    • retinitis
  • deafness
  • brain abnormalities
    • microcephaly
    • hydrocephalus
    • meningoencephalitis
  • cardiac defects
  • thrombocytopenic purpura
  • hepatosplenomegaly with hepatitis and jaundice
  • pneumonia
