- skeletal
- celery stalk metaphysis
- limb bones less well mineralized
- NO periostitis (findings usually persist for 1-2 mos)
- low birth weight
- eye abnormalities
- cataracts
- glaucoma
- retinitis
- deafness
- brain abnormalities
- microcephaly
- hydrocephalus
- meningoencephalitis
- cardiac defects
- PDA
- VSD
- thrombocytopenic purpura
- hepatosplenomegaly with hepatitis and jaundice
- pneumonia
