- most common CHD with cyanosis after 1 year of life
TETRAD:
- obstruction of RV outflow tract; usually at the
pulmonary infundibulum, occasionally at pulmonary valve
- VSD
- RV hypertrophy
- aorta overriding the interventricular septum
