portal vein >13mm (57% sensitivity, 100% specificity)
SMV + splenic vein >10 mm
coronary vein >4mm
recanalized umbilical vein >3mm (Cruveilhier-von Baumgarten syndrome)
loss of respiratory increase of splanchnic vein diameter (80% sensitivity, 100% specificity)
esophageal, gastric, sigmoid, rectal varices
hepatofugal venous flow (82% sensitivity, 100% specificity)
cavernous transformation of portal vein
increased echogenicity and thickening of portal vein
splenomegaly
ascites
