chronic diseminated form of histiocytosis X
  • age 1 - 3 yrs most common
  • skull and mandible lesions similar to EG, but more numerous
  • "geographic skull", "floating teeth"

  • adenopathy
  • enlarged liver and spleen
  • skin lesions
  • diabetes insipidus
  • exophthalmos
  • lung disease
