Ebstein anomaly

tricuspid valve: abnormal formation + insertion
- usually tricuspid insufficiency
- right atrial enlargement (if severe, "box-like heart")
- decreased pulm vascularity
cyanosis
- severe at birth
- mild in later childhood
angio: to-and-fro motion of contrast between RA + "atrialized" RV
