• leptomeningeal capillary-venous angiomatosis
  • w/ subjacent cortical calcification

• ipsilateral port-wine stains (venous angioma) of face
• ipsilateral congenital glaucoma

• contralateral focal sz (90%) + hemiparesis (33-66%)
• subnormal mentation (50%)
