Chiari II

herniation of medulla, tonsils, vermis

• 4th ventricle at foramen magnum
• towering cerebellum
• tectal beaking
• myelomeningocele
• aqueductal stenosis ==> hydrocephalus
• hypo/agenesis of corpus callosum, colpocephally
• luckenschadel skull

further herniation

• encephalocele or myelomeningocele
